  We would love to invite you to come and dine at Stoke Park's fine dining restaurant, The Dining Room. Set within Stoke Park's incredibly romantic Mansion building, The Dining Room was recently awarded 2 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence. The delectable menu presents an innovative take on modern British cuisine with European influences.

  Our Executive Head Chef, Chris Wheeler, who once worked alongside Jean Christophe Novelli as his Group Head Chef, is widely praised for his food and signature dishes by press, Club Members and resident guests alike.

  Sourcing the finest local ingredients, Chris's Signature dishes include Pan-fried Scallops with Celeriac Puree, Crispy Pancetta, Port Reduction and Caviar and also Pan-fried Loin of Local Lamb with Mini Shepherd's Pie, Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Root Vegetables and Redcurrant Jus.

  Now open to members of the public, the restaurant offers an intimate dining experience. Surrounded by 350 acres of glorious parkland, lakes, historic gardens and monuments, Stoke Park is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal in a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
