If you are looking for a modern restaurant with a cosy, homely feel then The Walter Arms is the place for you. Whether it is after a hard day at work, to celebrate a family birthday or just to relax with a partner, The Walter Arms has the perfect atmosphere that leaves diners feeling at ease as they melt into the comfortable and stylish booths.

Everything about the restaurant oozes Victorian home life, with the restaurant being set in two halves, with a bar on one side, complete with sofas and quirky art work, and welcoming, intimate restaurant rooms.

On arrival we were met by manager Richard, who along with the rest of the staff was very attentive and happy to help. We were surprised to see the restaurant almost full on a Thursday evening, with couples and friends
